General
When can I expect my delivery?
We keep most products in stock. If the products are in stock, orders placed before 17:00 are shipped the same day. If you live in the Netherlands, you will most likely receive your package the next working day. Outside the Netherlands, delivery may take up to 5 working days.
For products that are not in stock but are available, they are normally shipped within 10 working days. If you live in the Netherlands, you will normally receive the products within 11 working days. If you live outside the Netherlands, this may take up to 15 working days.
