Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to SKIL B.V. with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, you can contact us via parts@skileurope.com or download the return form above directly. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has been received back in good order.

Delivered incorrectly
Incomplete It may happen that due to a logistical error your order is delivered incomplete. If this is the case and products are missing, please contact customer service as soon as possible (parts@skileurope.com) so that your problem can be resolved.
Wrong order As it may happen that an order is incomplete, it may also happen that you receive a completely different order. If that is the case, we recommend filling in a return form, stating Wrong product received. When you return the product to us, we will send you the correct one upon receipt.
Received with damage Sometimes your parcel may get damaged during the order. If the parcel looks very damaged, it is best to refuse it. If you do accept it, let the delivery driver fill in a damage report. Should you discover after opening that something is damaged, please fill in a return form as soon as possible stating Transport damage.
