Shipping
We keep most products in stock. For products in stock: ordered before 17:00, shipped the same day. If you live in the Netherlands, you will most likely receive your parcel the next working day. Outside the Netherlands, this may take up to 5 working days.
For products that are not in stock but are available, they are normally shipped within 10 working days. If you live in the Netherlands, you will normally receive the products within 11 working days. If you live outside the Netherlands, this may take up to 15 working days. You will receive a separate email containing the Track & Trace information, so you can follow your parcel.
Please note: If you still have not received anything after 1 week, even though you received an email stating that your order has been shipped, please let us know so we can look into it for you!
